    isn't that lbc money remittance is a branch company of palawan express?.
    A situation is, my brother send m money thru palawan money remittance, and a i have a confirmation message stated that " you may claim your money remittance at any palawan pawnshop, palawan express, tambunting, LBC and Sm Mall.
    my question is , how this always offline. especially the branch which is located at centermall, but it is already transferred to city light building. everytime that i will claim they always say " its offline" and i why, they answered we are newly transfer here but even when they are located in centermall they always say its offline,What kind of remittance is that? what if that money is for money or prestation is used of emergency. when will you give it, why you always say offline, what is the use of the message receive,
