About All In Poker Club
The company was formally organized and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 8, 2007. It is primarily organized to act as managers or managing agents of persons, firms, associations, corporations, partnerships and other entities; to provide management with investment and technical advise for commercial (including but not limited to hotels, condominiums, resorts, sports, advertising, gaming and amusement, recreational facilities, and similar establishments), industrial, manufacturing and other kinds of enterprises, within or outside the Philippines.
The company, after due issuance of a License to Operate by the Philippine Amusement & Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), opened its first poker sports club in June 2007 at the Casino Filipino-Cebu, Waterfront Hotel & Casino, Lahug, Cebu City. Aptly named All In Poker Club, it is regularly packed with both local and foreign poker enthusiasts.
Starting with just five (5) stockholders and five (5) gaming tables, the company had to withstand competition to survive. As it began to show its potentials, however, more than a dozen patrons joined the undertaking and invested sizeable amounts to propel the company to its desired goals. Today, with seven (7) gaming tables in Cebu City operations, it is the biggest poker sports club in Metro Cebu.
Buoyed by its relative success in Cebu, the company opened its first branch on December 18, 2009 at the Riverside, Boardwalk, Mandurriao District, Ilo-ilo City with five (5) gaming tables. With this expansion, from just about twenty (20) in 2007, today, the company already has about fifty five (55) employees.
True to its commitment to provide decent entertainment in the Visayas, the company will soon embark on relevant expansion projects. As usual, these shall be situated in several strategic places in Metro Cebu and other key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao.
