Four-Week Call Center Training Program
The ETHOS Call Center Training program is designed to prepare individuals to have the best chance of passing the strict screening process for being hired in the Call Center or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. We will focus upon seven areas of training; Soft Skills, Phonetics and Neutral American English Accent, Customer Skills, Technical Skills, Call Simulation (with Coaching and Polishing), Job Interview Coaching, and we will close with a Mock Job Interview and a review of the recruitment process.
