Mall Description
SM City Fairview is a large shopping mall in the Philippines. It is owned and Developed by SM Prime Holdings. It is located at Quirino Highway, Regalado Ave, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila. It is the second SM Supermall located in Quezon City. It has a land area of 200,000 m², a total gross floor area of approximately 180,000 m² and a total area of 220,000 m², making it the 6th largest shopping mall of SM in the Philippines after SM Mall of Asia, SM City North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM City Cebu and SM Southmall Las Piñas in terms of total area.
Currently the mall is ongoing expansion with another annex being constructed about 23,000 m 2 and set to open in mid-2009 and the planned MRT station extension connecting the main mall is located at the 2nd floor. SM City Fairview‘s key competitior is Robinsons Nova Market (formally Known as Robinsons Place Novaliches) which is just in front of the annex buildings.
