Northview Hotel opened and welcomed its first guests in March 1997.The 3-star hotel (standard class) as accredited by the Department of Tourism was built by Mr. Shermin S. Santiago, a businessman and a real estate developer from Laoag City. The hotel rests on a 6,800 sq-meter lot, northern part of the airport road, in Nalbo, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. It approximates a distance of 1.5 km away from the city proper, easy access to the Laoag International Airport, golf course, beaches and various tourist destinations.
Northview Hotel welcomes guests with traditional Ilocano hospitality at its best with 42 rooms ranging from suite to deluxe to standard rooms. Each room is equipped for comfort with air-conditioning units, cable TV, telephone and individual hot and cold showers. The hotel boasts with fully equipped air conditioned function rooms and open air venues (garden and poolside), ideal for business meetings, weddings, debut, and cocktail receptions. The function hall could accommodate up to 300 guests.
