About Us: At Southern Oral & Facial Surgery, our top priority is providing the highest level of patient care possible to each and every patient. Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires several additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Clark and Dr. Young manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. Dr. Clark and Dr. Young provide a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. Their extensive experience and training in the administration of anesthesia makes them the most qualified practitioners to solve complex dental problems related to the teeth, mouth, and face. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.
The surgical team at Southern Oral & Facial Surgery are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants who assist in the administration of IV sedation and surgery. We offer a wide variety of procedures from wisdom tooth removal, dental extractions, bone grafting, and dental implant placement to the treatment of oral pathology, TMJ disorders, jaw misalignment, and facial trauma. Our team strives to serve our patients with compassion and does everything in their power to ensure that patients are fully informed and comfortable throughout the entire procedural process. The staff is informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR certified.
Our entire staff is trained in assisting with intravenous (IV) sedation and outpatient anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
